Who is eligible for DSCP grants

Funds will be provided to incorporated, not for profit organisations including:

• schools
• non-profit foundations
• service clubs
• sporting bodies
• ethno-specific organisations
• youth organisations
• local government authorities
• universities and colleges of education (government school applicants need not be incorporated).

Applicants should not be:

• individuals
• political organisations
• un-incorporated organisations (with the exception of government schools)
• Australian, state or territory agencies.

How to apply

Applications must be lodged with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship by the 31st of January 2011 to be considered for the first round of offers. A second round of applications closes on the 31st March 2011.

All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications by mail.
